These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Dr. Dan Kopeliovich's clinic in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By visiting the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.

2 · The information on this site is not medical advice

The content on this website, including the video, text descriptions of procedures, pricing ranges, and any response we send you before an in-person consultation, is informational only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an in-person examination by a licensed oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

Any decision about surgery, implants, or dental treatment must be made after a full clinical evaluation, including imaging and case history, performed in person at the clinic.

3 · No doctor-patient relationship until consultation

Submitting the contact form, exchanging WhatsApp messages, or receiving a reply from the clinic does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship begins only when you attend an in-person consultation at the clinic and the surgeon explicitly accepts your case.

4 · Pricing is indicative, not binding

Any pricing shown on the site (ranges for single implants, full arch, or full-mouth rebuilds) is indicative and subject to change based on the actual clinical findings at your in-person consultation. A binding quote is only provided after imaging, examination, and a written treatment plan.

5 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Automate interactions with the site (bots, scrapers, load testing) without written permission
• Attempt to access any part of the system beyond the public pages
• Use this site to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial content
• Misrepresent your identity or the nature of your inquiry

6 · Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the 60-second image film, text, photography, graphics, and layout, is either owned by Dr. Dan Kopeliovich's clinic or licensed to it. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires prior written permission.

7 · Third-party services and links

This website relies on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies:

Liability for medical care is governed by the separate doctor-patient relationship, Mexican medical law, and any written treatment agreement you sign at the clinic.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any change. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
